This fall the city will celebrate a new edition of Barcelona Poesia, which this year has been postponed for six months due to COVID-19. The festival will have more than 150 participants, among great names in the poetic genre and emerging authors with new proposals, and more than 27 activities in various formats. This edition coincides with the Biennal de pensament, which will allow us to weave complicities between the two events, which will share the opening and closing acts.

From October 13 to 18, the Barcelona Poesia festival will take place in the city, which this year will pay tribute to great figures of the genre such as Josep Carner, Maria Antònia Salvà, Joan Perucho, Jacint Verdaguer, Federico García Lorca, Felícia Fuster, Vicent Andrés Estellés or Pep Sales.

This will be an international and multidisciplinary poetry festival, with more than 150 participants including poets, musicians, creators and readers, and also a diverse festival, with more than 27 activities including recitals, concerts, dance, video and illustration shows or round tables .

Access to the spaces will be with prior reservation: from October 5, tickets can be reserved to attend the activities.
